THE BIG QUESTION
How do we create an online brochure showcasing Hada Labo’s products? How do we integrate social-driven campaigns into the website as well as feature curated stories that highlights customer’s experience with the product?
THE DETAILS
We have conducted a site review on their site pre-revamp and proposed recommendations in improving the user experience. Information hierarchy is given on improving the site structure and the ease of finding products and related products.
In terms of the over-all design direction, we opted to give it a sophisticated, elegant look with the use of big imagery and adapting the milky and flowing concept key visuals. We have also taken advantage in featuring the face of its model Jun Ji-Hyun.
Havas Media’s Content & Strategy Team have also produced curated content for Hada Labo with the #BrighterDaysAhead campaign. Five stories of Singapore women have been featured, with each woman representing their story of using Hada Labo for 1 year, 2 years, 3 years up to 5 years. Some of these featured women are also social influencers and their reputation in the Singapore community have attracted users and driven them to visit the site.
