THE CHALLENGE

Creating a trusted, relevant and personalised digital health platform for Singapore’s resident population by 2025

The HealthHub website is Singapore's national digital health platform, offering articles on evidence-based health and wellness information, as well as various e-services. It enables visitors to access relevant health information and perform transactions such as scheduling appointments, paying bills, and refilling medications across public healthcare clusters.

Synapxe partnered with VML (previously Wunderman Thompson) to work on the digital transformation of the HealthHub website, with focus on the HealthHub homepage, articles, landing pages and in-site search functionalities.

The key performance metrics involves improve readership and engagement of HealthHub articles through a personalised website experience.

Content Strategy

Drawing insights from audit and user research, we developed the content strategy framework for the HealthHub website.

  • Defined and developed the Content Strategy Statement, shaping the overall content approach

  • Created the Digital Content Playbook to guide content development on the HealthHub website.

  • Developed content templates to maintain website consistency and ensure that the content is accessible to all visitors.

Personalisation Workshop & Personalisation Strategy

We conducted a personalisation workshop with HealthHub’s key stakeholders and content partners to identify the best approach to serving personalised content and next best action recommendations to different personas.
